Christian Tours

I guide the whole gamut of multi-day clergy led church group tours. From Roman Catholic pilgrimages to mainline Protestant groups and evangelical Christian tours, I truly understand and respect the wide diversity of views within the Christian world.

I specialize in helping my clients appreciate the Jewishness of Jesus of Nazareth and the Hebraic roots of their Christian faith.

Allow me to design a Holy Land touring program that addresses your specific Christian point of view and interests. Each itinerary is tailor made for every client.

In addition to sites connected with Jesus’ life, we’ll try to include Old Testament period archaeology in your touring. If time allows, you may also appreciate sites that shed light on the miraculous re-birth of the Jewish People in their ancient homeland in modern times.

Some of the places I suggest we visit include:

  • The ancient synagogue in Magdala, the 1st Century AD home town of Mary Magdalene

  • Old Testament period Dan

  • Yardenit Baptismal Site on the Jordan River

  • Mount of Olives

  • City of David

  • Garden Tomb

  • Western Wall

  • Friends of Zion

You may appreciate a touring program that adheres closely to the biblical narrative.

Don't miss:

  • The northwestern shores of the Sea of Galilee, the center of Jesus’ public ministry

  • The spot on the Jordan River opposite Jericho where tradition holds Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist

  • Garden of Gethsemane

  • Southern Steps of the Temple in Jerusalem

Let’s explore the Church traditions of Holy Land pilgrimage. Highlights for you might include:

  • Nazareth

  • The churches around the Sea of Galilee

  • Celebrating Sunday Mass along your journey

  • Walking the Stations of the Cross along the Via Dolorosa in Jerusalem to Calvary/Golgotha at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre

Regardless of your denomination, you’ll probably want to spend a half-day in Bethlehem. I’ll make those arrangements for you. And don’t worry, we’ll find time for floating in the Dead Sea too ;-)
